This product is made from 100% degermed dry maize grains that are grinded into a white granulated flour which exhibits the characteristics aroma and flavor of maize.
Sasita Whole Maize Meal.
This product is manufactured from whole maize grains. Dry whole maize grains are grinded into a white granulated flour that is sifted using 0.8mm sieves to achieve an 800 microns’ fineness. They also exhibit the characteristics aroma and flavor of maize.
Sasita Fortified whole maize meal.
Sasita fortified fortified whole maize meal is produced from whole maize grains that are grinded into a white granulated flour and sifted using 0.8mm sieves to achieve an 800 micrometers texture.
